Mamashi Editorial Policy

How Mamashi uses AI to draft, checks facts against reliable sources, dates prices and fixes errors. Plus our rules on headlines, income claims, affiliates.

Short answer: Mamashi content is drafted with AI assistance. Before it is published, factual claims, numbers and prices are checked against reliable and official sources in an automated check by Mamashi’s fact checker, which is an AI tool. Our content is general information and not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant or other qualified professional. We don’t use clickbait or promise income, every price shows the date we checked it, affiliate links are disclosed, and mistakes are corrected openly.

1. The overriding rule: no clickbait

Every headline is fully delivered by its article.
– The short answer to the headline’s question is in the first paragraph.
– When a headline promises a number (“8 services”, “6 red flags”), that’s how many items the article contains.
– We don’t use misleading or exaggerated headlines, or headlines that hide the answer to keep you scrolling.
– The SEO title and description of a page make the same promise as its headline, and no more.
– If an article doesn’t deliver its headline, it doesn’t go live, or the headline changes.

2. No income promises

Our current focus is making money with AI tools. We don’t tell you how much you will earn.
– We report rates and prices that are actually published, say who published them, and say what they do and don’t show.
– When we found no reliable source for a number (for example, how much people earn from AI side income), we say so instead of estimating one.
– Worked examples are labeled as our assumptions, not real data.

3. How our content is written

Our content is drafted with AI assistance. We say so because it’s true. AI makes mistakes, so every draft goes through a fact check before publishing, and claims that can’t be verified are corrected or removed. More on our authors page.

4. How content is checked before publishing

  • Factual claims, numbers and prices are checked against reliable and official sources, such as government and regulator sites, laws and official guidance, and vendors’ official pricing pages and help centers.
  • A claim we can’t verify with high confidence is corrected, softened or removed.
  • The main sources are listed at the end of each article.
  • The fact check is an automated (AI) check: Mamashi’s fact checker is an AI tool, not a person. It compares each claim against official and reliable sources and flags what is confirmed, what needs fixing and what couldn’t be verified.
  • Each article ends with a line that says so: “Facts were checked against official sources in an automated (AI) check by Mamashi’s fact checker”, with the date it was updated.

  • An article is published only after it passes the automated fact check and is approved for publishing by Mamashi’s system. That approval is not a review or sign-off by a person or a professional.

What this check is, and isn’t: it’s an automated check against sources, not a professional sign-off, and it can still miss mistakes. Our articles don’t currently carry a review by a named professional. An article will say it was reviewed by a professional only if it names the reviewer and their field.

5. Not a substitute for a professional

Mamashi content is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant or other qualified professional. Articles that touch on tax or legal rules carry a clear note that they are general information, not advice, and link to the official source. Rules differ by country and change over time, so check with a professional before you act.

6. Prices and changing information

  • Every price is shown with the date we checked it, linked to its source where possible.
  • Where a vendor shows prices in local currency or with promotional terms, we say so. Shekel amounts converted from dollars state the exchange rate and its date.
  • Prices, plans and rates change, sometimes soon after we check them. The older the checked date, the more likely the price has changed. Check the current price with the vendor before you buy, sign up or quote a client.

7. “Tested”, “best”, “recommended”

  • We don’t say a tool or product was “tested”, or call anything “the best”, without real hands-on use.
  • Articles that compare published information (such as pricing pages or language lists) say so, and don’t present themselves as hands-on tests.

8. Affiliate links and sponsored content

  • Mamashi currently has no affiliate links, and we don’t earn a commission from any link on the site.
  • If affiliate links are added, any page that contains them will say so at the top of the page.
  • Commissions will not decide the order of items, our recommendation, or what we write about a product. When a list is ranked by a criterion (for example, price), we say which.
  • Mamashi does not currently publish sponsored content. If a page is ever sponsored or paid for, it will be clearly labeled as such.
  • Full details: affiliate disclosure.

9. Corrections

  • Found an error, an outdated price or something missing? Tell us through our contact page. A link to the article and, if you have one, a source help us check faster.
  • We review every report and commit to fixing a confirmed error within 7 days of receiving the report. When we correct a material error, the article notes what was corrected and when.
  • Updated articles show the date of the last update.
