Short answer: Mamashi is a content site. It has no sign-up, comments, analytics, ad-network pixels or affiliate links. Our articles, guides and contact page have a question form. What you write in it is stored on the site and sent to us by email so we can reply, On the site it is deleted automatically after 12 months; the email copy is kept so we can reply and is deleted from time to time. Who we are
Mamashi (mamashi.net) is a content site about using AI tools in practice. The site is operated by Amudei Tevel Management and Project Initiation Ltd., which is responsible for the information collected on it (the data controller). Privacy questions and deletion requests: getmamashi@gmail.com.
The question form
There is a question form at the end of every article and guide, and on the contact page.
What the form collects:

The title and address of the page the form was sent from, and the date and time it was sent, are also saved automatically, so we know what your question is about.
Why: to read and answer your inquiry, and for nothing else, except marketing content if you ticked that box.
Where it is stored: the entry is stored in the site’s database, and only site administrators can see it (in the WordPress admin, using the Contact Form 7 and Flamingo plugins). A copy is emailed to our mailbox, getmamashi@gmail.com, which is run by an external email provider (Google’s Gmail). The email is sent through our website host’s mail service.
What is not stored: your IP address and browser type are not saved with the entry. The form does not use reCAPTCHA or any other third-party service, and it adds no cookies.
Spam protection: the form has a hidden field that people don’t see, and an entry where it was filled in is marked as spam. To prevent flooding, the site limits how many messages can be sent from the same IP address in a short time. For that it keeps a scrambled version (a hash) of the IP address, not the address itself, for 10 minutes only, and then it is deleted automatically.
Technical information when you visit
Like most websites, the hosting server may log basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to run and secure the site, and we don’t use it to identify visitors. The site has no analytics tools, social media pixels or ads.
When you email us
If you write directly to getmamashi@gmail.com, we receive what any email contains: your email address, your name if you included it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you.
Cookies
The site uses necessary cookies only: pll_language, which remembers whether you chose Hebrew or English, and mm_consent, which remembers your choice in the cookie notice. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the question form adds no cookies. The full list, including how long each cookie lasts and who sets it, is in our cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Videos and third-party content
The videos on the site are hosted on the site itself, not embedded from YouTube or TikTok. The site does not load fonts, scripts or content from third-party services.
External links
Our articles link to official sources and vendor pages, and the site links to Mamashi’s social media accounts. When you follow such a link, you leave Mamashi and the other site’s privacy policy applies.
Sharing information
We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising. Information passes through the service providers that run the site and our email for us (website hosting, its mail service, and Gmail), and may be disclosed if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Form entries on the site: 12 months from the day they were sent. The site checks once a day and automatically deletes older entries, including entries marked as spam.
- The email copy, and messages sent to us directly by email: kept so we can reply, and deleted from time to time. There is no fixed date for this.
- You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to marketing content. Write to getmamashi@gmail.com, mention the phone number or email you left in the form, and we will delete your entry from the site and from our mailbox.
Changes
If we change the site in a way that affects privacy (for example by adding form fields, analytics or affiliate links), we will update this page and its date.
